What is ThinLine?
ThinLine is a thin, shock-absorbing, non-slip, breathable open-cell foam. It is the only equine product endorsed by surgeons, master saddlers, veterinarians, and riders. A panel of ThinLine foam is added along the topline of each pad to provide targeted protection.

Benefits of the ThinLine Cotton Quilted Pad
This pad ensures the ThinLine panel is always correctly positioned. It eliminates the need for multiple pads, reduces bulk, and prevents slipping. It is easy to wash, and white pads can be safely bleached. The contoured wither profile and spine-free channel allow the ThinLine material to sit on either side of the spine for maximum comfort.
ThinLine will not alter the fit of a custom saddle but can be shimmed for fine-tuning. It encourages horses to lift and engage through the back and reduces rider movement for clearer communication.
This single-unit cotton quilted pad also solves slipping issues by removing the need for two separate pads.

Care Instructions
Machine wash cold in a front-loading washer. Turn the ThinLine material to the inside. Spin to remove excess water. Hang to dry naturally away from heat and direct sunlight. A fan can speed drying. White pads may be cleaned with bleach or soft-scrub products. All pads include a one-year full replacement warranty when care instructions are followed. Expected lifespan is 7–8 years.

Dressage Square: 23.5" spine | 22.5"–21" flap length. Designed to fit most saddles up to 18.5".
Saddle Fitting with ThinLine Shims
Trim-to-fit shims may be used as a full shim for added protection or cut into front, bridging, or rear shims. Up to three layers of shims can be used.
